All bookings are prepaid. Refunds depend on service stage and type.

2. Cancellation by User

Home collection refunds apply only before dispatch.

3. Missed Appointments

Missed appointments due to incorrect details are not refundable.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
