1. Introduction

Welcome to First Mobile Diagnostics (“we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms govern your access to and use of our platform.

2. Nature of Our Services

We facilitate diagnostic bookings, home sample collection, payment processing, and optional medical consultation.

3. Diagnostic Laboratories & Imaging Centres

Third-party labs are responsible for testing accuracy and reporting.

4. Medical Consultation & Result Interpretation

Consultations are advisory only and do not replace hospital-based care.

5. Booking & Payment

All services require advance payment. Bookings are confirmed only after payment verification.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the booked service.

7. Governing Law

Laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
